GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased and are only redeemable for classes and workshops with online registration. Gift card codes can be passed on to friends of family. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to Independent Study memberships.

SAFETY NON-COMPLIANCE

BROKEN/LOST POTTERY

Instructors reserve the right to remove you from the studio for failing to comply with safety requirements. Class registration will not be refunded in the event of dismissal for failing to follow safety rules.

That is a bummer! We truly hate it when that happens. However, we have to stipulate that the cost of your workshop or class is for the experience and instruction, it is not contingent on keeping a piece of pottery. There are no refunds for damaged, lost, or discarded pottery.

There are many variables during the drying and firing process (work is fired in a kiln to 2200 degrees!); pieces can crack, stick to kiln shelves and even explode during the firing! While we make every effort to ensure the success of your pottery, these variables make it impossible to guarantee your work will survive in ideal condition.
