Sunday, January 19th from 12-3pm: Thrown & Altered

Join visiting artist Jessica Egan of Little Fire Ceramics for a one day workshop exploring wheel thrown and altered techniques. For wheel throwers looking to break away from cylinders and round forms, this workshop will show you how to take your work to the next level. Students will have instruction through both a lecture and hands on demos and leave the class with new skills. This workshop is ideal for intermediate to advanced wheel throwers.

Students have the option to keep two pieces, up to 5lbs of clay, to be fired and glazed. Firing typically takes about 2 weeks for them to be ready to pick up to glaze or take home.
